Nathan has vague memories of being on his Dads’ Enterprise dinghy when he was very young; he was pushed out in an Optimist when he was about six years old and was sailing it like a pro after just a few minutes. At the tender age of 10, he took part in a week-long RYA course on the Isle of Wight and immediately proclaimed that he wanted to become a sailing instructor … an idea he ran with!
Working at a range of training centres in the UK, Caribbean, Mediterranean and the Middle East, from council-run adventure centres, with disadvantaged and troubled kids, to holiday companies and one-on-one training with high profile clients.
Nathan is an Advanced Powerboat Instructor, Powerboat and Personal Watercraft Instructor, Yachtmaster Instructor (sail), Senior Dinghy, Keelboat and Race Coach.
